How do I register for an eQuaLearn course?
Go to Course Listings and select the date and location you are interested in attending, click the register button, then Click the Enroll Here link at the bottom of the page.  This will bring up a summary of course details and allow you to purchase the course.  Once you decide to enroll, select Buy.  This will bring up a Registration screen.  If you have not previously registered at www.eQuaLearn.com, you will need to select the "Click here to register now" link.  This will bring up an online registration form to complete.  After you enter the required information, click "Next."  This new page will ask you to define a security question and answer that will help you remember your password if you forget it.  You will now be brought to your Shopping Cart where you will be able to select the class to purchase. When ready, select Check Out, where you can enter your form of payment and confirm your purchase. Once your purchase is approved, you will receive a confirmation with all course details, as well as a purchase receipt via email.

How do I register a co-worker for a training course?
To register someone other than yourself for an eQuaLearn course, perform the steps as above.  However, instead of entering your name and contact information on the registration screen, you will enter your co-worker's name, and contact details.  You will create a userid and password for your co-worker and can provide this to them so they can review their training transcript in the future.

How do I pay for an eQuaLearn course?
eQuaLearn accepts Visa, MasterCard and/or American Express payments.  These can be accepted directly online.  Additionally, companies can choose to set-up a customer account with eQuaLearn.  An initial deposit of $1,000.00 USD is required.  Then, with each purchase you make, this amount automatically deducts from your account. Once your account reaches $250.00, an invoice will be sent to replenish the balance. What courses are offered by eQuaLearn?
eQuaLearn currently offers numerous professional development courses.  For a current list, please refer to the
 eQuaLearn Course Listings. All eQuaLearn courses are scheduled in public locations throughout the world and can be scheduled as private onsite seminars for your company.  Each year, eQuaLearn plans to offer 3-5 new courses on topics to help companies continually improve their operations. New courses will be a mix of instructor-led sessions and e-learning programs that can be accessed from www.eQuaLearn.com.

Who teaches eQuaLearn courses?
eQuaLearn programs are taught by professionals that are subject matter experts in the courses they teach.  Instructors undergo a rigorous screening process and complete a formal training program.  An average instructor has 15 years experience in the quality field with additional expertise in adult learning and facilitation.  For more details on eQuaLearn instructors, click here

What languages are courses taught in?
eQuaLearn training is currently available in English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Japanese and Russian with additional translations to follow.  If you have a need for courses in a language not currently listed, please Contact Us for information on translation services.

Can I get a record of my training?
When you log in to www.eQuaLearn.com, select  Learning History This page will list your upcoming and past course enrollments.  You can print this page for your training record, and in the future you will have the ability to print copies of certificates.

Who do I contact for assistance?
eQuaLearn has staff in the Americas, Asia and Europe ready to help you purchase your course, schedule your onsite training, and provide advice to help you with your professional development.

How do I update my personal information in eQuaLearn?
After logging in to
www.eQuaLearn.com, scroll down to the bottom of the page and Click the User Links button.  You will see two links "Control Center" and “Log out”. Click the "Control Center" link and it will display your entire profile.  Scroll down the page until you come to the option to change password, enter your new password and save.

Cancellation policy: Registrations canceled fourteen (14) or more business days prior to a class date will receive a refund minus a $50.00 nonrefundable service charge. Registrations canceled less than fourteen (14) business days prior to the scheduled class, as well as registrants who do not attend, will forfeit the entire registration fee. Substitutions for registrants unable to attend may be made with one business day notice.
